That means if you have a bathroom with a 15” x 20” floor plan, our ventilator will exhaust every bit of air in the room every minute, even if you don’t have a window.

Most bathrooms are much smaller, and our units will change the air in your room several times in a minute. That is to exhaust everything out through a nearby window and clear off your living space. When we have completed refinishing your fixture, we recommend that you leave the window open and the door closed. This way, any residual smell should completely fade within 24 hours.

Most of the jobs we complete are to alter the color or style fixtures. We change the hue of objects and surfaces based on our clients' preferences. Additionally, we can get special orders to find exact matches from leading brand names such as Kohler, American Standard, and more. If you have a color in mind but can't name it, you can send us a sample chip or tile to have it matched by our supplier.

We offer an industry-leading warranty of five years. That covers all material failure or manufacturing defects not caused by the customer’s mistreatment of the refinished surface.

We certify in writing with every job that our work will not de-laminate for a full five years. Be aware of the companies offering full coverage warranties longer than five years. They may not be planning on remaining in business long enough to honor it.

If something unforeseen, assuming proper care and maintenance and at no fault to yourself, were to occur with the material we apply, simply contact us. We will return immediately to repair the damage at absolutely zero cost to you.

We highly recommend refinishing to be the last procedure in completing your remodeling projects. If you are replacing floors or tiles, make sure to finish the task before our appointment. The only thing that we would possibly recommend being left until the completion of our work would be a final coat of paint on the walls.

We advise you to refrain from having an open construction site in the room where we will be working. That will possibly cause an undue amount of dust and debris to fall on the surface. We make every effort to protect the fixture from any possible marring material, and open constructions make it virtually impossible to prevent every bit of dust and debris from getting close to it.
